About Us
The Norwich Iceni Baseball Club is a group of Baseball players from Norfolk, Suffolk and sometimes further afield, that play throughout the summer.
The club consists of the Following -
Norfolk county-wide Local League - Our Learning league for new players, developing players, for fun games against others in the club and building on your baseball skills until you decide you are ready to move up to our single or double A teams.
Norwich Iceni Warriors - Our Single A County Team.
Norwich Iceni Team - Our Double A County Team.
Norwich Iceni Queens - Our Women’s Baseball Team.
The Norwich Iceni Baseball Club has two county sides that compete with teams from across the region including Milton Keynes, Cambridge, and Northampton.
These sides are called the Norwich Iceni and the Norwich Warriors.
These are the best players from across the Norfolk Baseball League that make up the two sides to compete for regional and national accolades across the summer.

Norfolk Baseball League
The Norfolk Baseball League was founded in 2021 and is a local league comprising of 6 teams including the University of East Anglia.
This includes the Rockets, Bucks, Stingers, Sea Dogs and Kingfishers.

Our History
The story of Norwich Baseball Club is a very short one. The founding members of the club were part of the local university team. Wanting to play much more than the university league could offer, the players decided that an adult team capable of joining the competitive BBF league structure was the answer.
Our main goal at the club is to improve as players and have a great time doing it. We are open to almost any age (14+) and encourage players of all abilities to come down and try it out. We have long term plans to create youth and softball teams, as well as grow the baseball club, thus creating a strong hub in a region where baseball is currently sparse.
In 2016 and 2017 we played a few friendlies and went undefeated in our inaugural season in the national Single A division. After moving up to Double AA we are battling hard to compete and are looking to move the club forward.
We also have a women’s team Norwich Iceni Queens, which we are hoping to encourage more female players into the club and into the sport, across all levels of baseball, all abilities welcome.
