League History

Founded in 2021, the Norfolk Baseball League consists of 6 teams including the University of East Anglia Blue Sox.

The League plays its games in 3 installments throughout the year in the Spring, Summer and the Fall.

These Teams include the Rockets, Bucks, Stingers, Sea Dogs and the new Kingfishers!
